You know, i am lazy thats why i didnt post any shitty post. :D
This few days i've discovered new terms and new meanings for some words.
Ima gonna share with you Responsiblity :D.
In life, we will have to take Responsible for ourselves.
Taking Responsible for yourself means, taking care of your health.
When you're ill, you can HARDLY take any Responsiblity.
We're taught in school that, one must be Responsible for his or her own mistakes, but do you often see people admiting their own mistakes?
Responsiblity is very IMPORTANT for a leader, a leader have to be Responsible for the team's mistake. You CAN blame others, but it is your Responsiblity to take care the team.
What if, in a war, your teammate suddenly rush into the battle without your command?
It is your Responsiblity to stop him and nevertheless, tell him what to do.
We're humans, we make mistakes and we learn from them.
Seriously, i hardly learn my mistake because i keep doing it over and over again. LOL :D
Its also your Responsiblity to save your team from any danger.
If you want to be a great leader, you must be able to take Responsiblity.
What if,
You will be called a Trash if you fail you mission.
But, you would rather be called a Trash than losing your friends?
Ask yourself.
